The Chicago White Sox announced they will unveil a bronze statue of pitcher Mark Buehrle on July 11, 2025. The 2025 season will also be celebrating the 125th anniversary of the MLB team Chicago White Sox. The sculpture is being created by Studio Rotblatt Amrany sculptor Lou Cella, who has created numerous statues of Chicago’s professional athletes. Studio Rotblatt Amrany has also created sculptures for the White Sox of Paul Konerko, Frank Thomas, Harold Baines, Carlton Fisk, Luis Aparicio, Nelly Fox, Minnie Miñoso, Billy Pierce, along with Championship Moments, which celebrates the 2005 World Series win.

Our studio is proud to be commissioned yet again by the Chicago White Sox to honor #56 Mark Buehrle, one of the stars of that 2005 World Series winning team.
