soldier on horseback bronze sculpture

General O.O. Howard was founder of Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee, as well as the historically black Howard University. Our studio was commissioned by LMU to sculpt General Howard on horseback. Sculptor Oscar Leon and our studio founder Omri Amrany presented the sculpture at Lincoln Memorial’s recent homecoming celebrations.

The statue with its base of Tennessee marble depicting Howard on horseback during the Civil War, stands over 20 feet tall.
